Planting

The time to purchase plants and start landscaping the front yard arrived this weekend. Between a baby shower and party at my brother's house, I was able to purchase a variety of plants, bark, dirt, etc. for our little planter by the 'front porch'. I decided to pull inspiration and a color pallete from the work I had already done in the pots.

I focused on coleus, ferns, ornamental grasses, etc. I think I made some great choices and am really excited for how it all looks together.

So, after a long night at brother's house...celebrating to celebrate...I was up for a long, hundred degree day of arranging and planting and getting dirty!
