catching up

September came and went by way too fast! -we celebrated our first anniversary
-we patiently awaited to arrival of our newest neice who came on the 17th- Willow Marie!
-we happily celebrated the arrival of lots of friends' babies: Elle, Frank, Rylie, Isabella, Emily in addition to Willow!
-we traveled to a wedding with our 2 1/2 year old neice
-hubs worked nights for what seems like the entire month, but managed to get a weekend fishing trip in

And now, it's October!
- we are starting the month with a busy weekend- Sod comes tomorrow! our front yard transformation will finally be that much closer to complete! Hubs works all day and we have a surprise 30th birthday party to attend. The weather is supposed to be chilly (for early October) on Sunday- we are looking forward to vegging out, cleaning house, watching movies, eating snacks, decorating for the Fall season, etc!
- next weekend I have to host the giant wine event I have spent the last 6 months glued to my office desk planning; it's opening weekend of duck hunting season, so we know where K will be.

-the following weekend is full of social wine and baby activities- potentially a Welcome Willow party thrown by yours truly.
